Registration and Admission Process

The registration for the academic year 2012 has started and will end by August 2012 (subordinate to updates advertised on this site).

Admission criteria

All candidates are assessed by the following criteria:

• Previous academic records
• Relevant professional experience
• Personal interview (in person or by video conference)

Previous academic records

Candidates applying for MA/MSC will be required to provide a BA degree in Social Sciences from a recognized Academic institute.  Candidates applying for Professional Doctorate will be required to provide Masters degree in Social Sciences by a recognized academic institute.

All candidates are required to achieve a fair knowledge of Psychology and Coaching.  Those who require supplementary knowledge will be able to complete complementary courses in those subjects (a 30 hours course).

Qualified students for PhD. will be able to take a 112 hours training course for coaching psychologists assistants, supervision and group coaching for a discounted price and to serve as mentors and assistants for MA students. These students will be eligible to a significant scholarship in their doctoral studies.

Relevant professional experience

Candidates who apply for the Professional Doctorate in Coaching Psychology will be required to prove relevant professional experience in this field.

Personal interview

All candidates will go through a personal interview administered by the program academic staff.

2. Initial Registration Fee
   The initial registration fee is $100 and can be paid be bank transfer to:

   Account no:  515285The registration fee applies only to the academic year 2012 and is charged for handling the application.  This registration fee will not be refunded.
3. Relevant Documents
   After registration, online candidates will send the following documents to:

   • Copy of further relevant education
   • 2 passport size photos
   • Please avoid sending originals.
4. Schedule Personal Interview
   Candidate completing stages 1-3 will be invited to a personal interview (in person or by video conference).
5. Notice of initial acceptance
   Applicants who completed stages 1-4 their application will be transferred to Middlesex University by the Existential Coaching Psychology Academy for final approval. Those candidates will complete the registration forms to the University and will pay $500 registration fee.  This registration fee is refundable in case of rejection by the University.
6.  Notice of Final Acceptance
   Candidates who were accepted will receive a notice with all data regarding the study program.
