Our Faculty

About our staff

Our faculty is composed of highly qualified scientist/practitioners /professors of coaching, psychology and coaching psychology in academic and other institutions. A partial list is ci-attached:

Dr. Arnon Levy
Dr. Arnon Levy is the founder and director of NECP™. Dr. Levy studied psychology and philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He continued to a Diploma of Advanced Specialized Studies (DESS) in clinical psychology at the Sorbonne (Universite Rene Descartes). He obtained his doctorate in psycho-anthropology at the School of Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (EHESS) in Paris, France. Throughout his career Dr. Levy has researched the change-producing factor in psychotherapy and human self actualization from a humanistic-existentialistic perspective.  As a result he founded and directed the coaching psychology study program at Tel Aviv University, a program that runs successfully the 7th year. Dr. Levy is the founder and chair of IACP – Israel Association for Coaching Psychology, He is a member in the international board for the Coaching Psychology  International congress and a honorary vice president of the International Coaching Psychology Society. Dr. Levy’s  works include “The Prometheus Molds – an introduction to an evolutionary psychology of the self” and “Beyond the empty glace”, and a book in press “The Spirit of Time”. Dr. Levy is the former Chairman of the Israel Association for Psychotherapy.

Arnon Levy
Prof. G. S. Shoham
Prof. G. S. Shoham of Tel Aviv University is the Academic consultant of NECP™. He is an internationally renowned multidisciplinary scholar and an Israel Prize winner for his life-time contribution. He has written more than 70 books and hundreds of papers about criminology, existentialism, and multidisciplinary subjects. Prof. Shoham has held the role of visiting professor in many universities and among them Harvard, Cambridge USA, Oxford UK, and the Sorbonne, Paris France. He has been awarded many prizes for academic achievements, among them a prize from the Prime Minister of France and the Israel Prize from the country’s President and Prime Minister.

Dr. Irit Bluvstein
Dr. Irit Bluvstein, psychologist, dynamic – focused psychotherapist , lecturer and researcher. Teacher in the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tel-Aviv. An expert in positive psychology and supervisor for B.A. and M.A. students. Former director of the Research Unit at the Psychiatric Department at the Sourasky Medical Center of Tel-Aviv . Filled research and management roles in medical psychology (in the Health and Rehabilitation Institute at Lowenstein hospital, Sahar Menashe Mental Health Center and the Resilience Project in collaboration with I.D.F.). Graduate of the Buddhist Psychology Training for Therapists and is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association.
Dr. Esther Rapoport
Dr. Esther Rapoport , Psy.D obtained her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She has practiced psychology in a variety of settings in Israel and California, including a university counseling center, geropsychology clinic, double diagnosis (mental health and substance addictions) treatment program, and more. She has published on culture, gender and sexuality. Today Dr. Rapoport is in private practice in Tel Aviv. She specializes in working with immigrants experiencing adjustment crises and with the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) community. She provides treatment in English, Hebrew and Russian. In addition, she teaches psychotherapy at the Reidman College in Tel Aviv.
Merav Regev-Nevo, M.A
Merav Regev-Nevo, M.A: Social Psychologist and group facilitator, educated and trained at Haifa University, Israel. Her occupational experience includes: organizational counseling for the IDF (both on personal and organizational levels) as well as for other major organizations; group facilitation for leadership development, Interpersonal skills, public speaking and women empowerment; and teaching various courses in Psychology. Merav specializes in leadership development, team-work development, and motivational interviewing. She’s currently studying for her doctoral degree in psychology. Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Dalia Alony M.A.
Dalia Alony is an educational psychologist (M.A.) and a PhD. Candidate at Tel Aviv University. Her doctoral research is about socialization of adolescents to cognitive closure: effects of family climate, communication patterns and personal characteristics.
Dalia specializes in assessing learning and emotional needs by observing and consulting with multi-agency teams to advise on best approaches and provisions to support learning and development; developing and supporting therapeutic and behavior management programs; coaching adolescents and parents of children with learning disabilities or ADHD; attending case-conferences involving multidisciplinary teams on how best to meet the social, emotional, behavioral and learning needs of the children and young people; developing and applying effective interventions to promote psychological wellbeing, social, emotional and behavioral development; advising, negotiating, persuading and supporting teachers, parents and other education professionals. She provides treatment in Hebrew and French. 

 

Dorit yadid
Dorit yadid has a master degree cum laude in a clinical Psychology from Tel Aviv University and a master degree cum laude in experimental psychology from Bar Ilan University. She currently studies for her PhD in experimental psychology in Bar Ilan University. Her PHD thesis is focusing on the relations between emotional state and social rejection, using electro-physiological measures (MEG). Dorit taught in various institutes including high schools and academic colleges.
Tal Shaked
Tal Shaked is a clinical social worker and a certified Couple and Family Therapist. She has been working with families since 1980. In addition, she is an Organizational Counselor who has engaged in leading workshops in business corporations and public services and coaching managers. Recently, she focuses on developing leadership in the Israeli Army among elite units. She had graduated Tel Aviv University’s “Life Coaching Program for Counselors and Psychologists”. Coaching is a new additional field in her life which supplements the other human behavioral areas she deals with.
