Phd in Professional Studies for leadership from a Coaching Psychology or Clinical Psychology perspectives are designed for advanced practitioners to study and apply leadership within the organizational/professional context and the larger society. The PhD research is defined by the student’s particular work context and area of activity and interest. This may be located within a profession or sector, or may be more individual in nature. Our approach is interdisciplinary with a psychological “spinal cord”. The doctoral student would investigate the management and development of leadership and human behavior associated with leadership. Our student/researcher would study coaching skills associated with leadership, and the creation of influence to generate desired social change.
